60i to 240 conversion

are there any good plugins that will do a 60i to 24p conversion like graeme nattresses plug-in for final cut?

Not for Premiere I don't think. Magic Bullet will do it for After Effect.

Yeh, not in Premiere. Best you can do is DVFilm Maker, since it's stand-alone and will work with anything. Magic Bullet Suite, if you have After Effects.

Never try to do it in Premiere. The best it will do is a really crappy deinterlace and then drop every fifth frame. Yikes!
