60i to 24 fps

Hello, everyone. Sorry if this is repetitive, i've searched everywhere for this simple question, but managed to have not come up with the answer.

What is the simplest way to convert 60i footage on FCP to 24 FPS. I've recently edited a large project and want to make it look more pro, and I figure converting it to 24 fps would be a good start.
