60i Footage Question

I was given footage to edit that was shot with an HVX. The director wanted 24P, but it was shot in 60i. Is there anything I can do to make the footage look better, besides telling them to reshoot it?

Graeme Nattress makes a film-look filter that can simulate 24p from 60i footage. Give that a try, it may be "good enough" to fix your issue.
