5D capture presets?

Sequence Preset: Apple ProRes (LT) 1920x1080 but what do you guys recommend for "Capture" presets?

The same. Always have the capture presets match the sequence presets. Or...rather...the other way around. Sequence presets need to match your capture presets. Use the new LOG AND TRANSFER plugin from Canon. IT rocks.
