561hdv manfrotto monopod to tripod?

i have a 561hdv monopod and a sachtler fsb 4 tripod. some times when i travel id rather have a small tripod set up that i could fit in my luggage for interviews. if i bring my sachtler its a big hard rolling case that i have to check for 50 bucks, 99% of the time i dont even pan while doing corp interviews. i bring the monopod to use for the other stuff and id like a solution beyond clamping the mono to a chair.

is there a ball head tripod i could adapt the 561hdv head to? it only tilts and doesnt pan.

ideally it would pan, have a ball level and break down to luggage-ish size with out the head on.

Benro travel angel aero4? Not sure what kind of weight you need to support, so hard to recommend something. I'd get the S4 head version and either ditch the head or use it.

I should mention that I haven't used this yet, but it's on my list to buy because it fills a lot of needs if it is decently sturdy with a light rig. The head comes off with a standard 3/8 bolt exposed, so you should be able to screw other heads onto it. So if I'm out for a stills only day, I could put my big ball head on it, if out for video or sports (with monopod) I could use the video head. Only thing I know I may want is to upgrade the head to an S6 or S8 to get the adjustable preload on the tilt.
