515MVB legs vs. 525MVB legs

I was looking into buying a fluid head tripod and was looking at the 525MVB legs with the 503HDV head. It was about $930 on b&h. Then I found the 516 head with 515MVB legs for only $999. Why would a tripod with a 516 head only be $70 more than one with a 503 head? The 525 legs and the 515 legs look identical in the picture, but are the 525 legs A LOT better than the 515 legs?
 
The legs are the same...... I just converted my 525 to 515 by just ordering the 515 100mm bowl.
everything is the same but the bowl size. plus the 516 will carry a lot more than the 503

I was mainly looking into getting the 516 to better hold a Letus/HVX set up. But I'm thinking of picking up an old 16mm camera like the Arri S soon. I don't know how much they weigh, but do you think a 516 will do for that as well?
