Anyone know of any camera manufacturers looking into this type of media for PCIe capture? Read/write 28/17 Gbps! Just insane speeds! Right off the shelf! I guess that answers part of the puzzle for 8K workflow. Thinking about the limits on raw and HFR in 4k right now... poof, limits gone, get it as fast as the sensor can spit it out. Imagine the hours and hours that will be saved off-loading. 1TB is less than $500 on BH. The 1TB $10K Sony black cards for the F65 are 6 Gbps. Basically, camera manufacturers are probably turning their cameras into chimera computers now. Mitch, I hope you guys got something planned for the next gen Odyssey with this, that'll blow everyone's mind.
