50i Footage. What to choose in vegas?

Hi,

my cam ist recording at 50i. Should i choose 25 (PAL) or 50 (Double PAL) under project properties in sony vegas 9 pro?

What to choose if my cam is shooting at 50i in Europe?

Don't mess with any presets unless you really know what you're doing or are just experimenting. They're already optimized. Don't try to out-think it. :)

What if you have shot multible formats - say 720/60 for the most part but also a couple of 1080/30 clips - what should the project property setting reflect ?
 
Best to choose what the majority of the footage is. I would, though, disable resample on on the 1080/30p clips, though that's more precautionary than anything. The default "Smart Resample" should be fine.
