I got the following issue:
My final output is supposed to be 24p (23.976), but:
I filmed an event @ 50fps, to have the option to do a slomo for certain shots. For the other ones, I wanted to: 1. drop every other frame and 2. slow down everything by 4%.
This way, I would not have any blended frames or any other artifacts.
However, I don't think that Premiere does it the way I want it. I dropped a 50fps video into a 23.976 timeline, and I see frames being blended (although I de-activated frame blending).
How can I have my final output in 24p without artifacts?
