500w bulb

[ciencin]

I was looking to find a powerful bulb to to use as a spotlight in a warehouse, something similar to this:

I'd like to find the cheapest way of doing this as buying a professional 500 or 1000w light kit is a bit pricey :-\
So I was thinking if its possible to just buy a 500w bulb and wire it up somehow...

Any hints on how to go about this or items to look for?

Thanks in advance

You're welcome. If you get the par can, you'll need a "TVMP" to mount it to a stand:
