4K HDR delivery from Premiere or Resolve questions.

Does anyone have much experience with HDR delivery yet? Have a client requesting following spec:
  • Delivery Format
    • VIDEO : RGB sequential number files “DPX” or “TIFF”, 3840 (not 4096) x2160, frame rate 24/25/30/50/60p (the bigger, the better), HDR mode - HDR10/ST2018/PQ Curb/BT2020 , Full range, 10bit or more, RGB 4:4:4 or YUV 4:2:2
I'm shooting Sony RAW to the Odyssey in either 10 bit ProRes or 12bit RAW. In Premiere I'm able to do HDR grading in Lumetri tools and can check the grade only when I output and playback h265 on my Sony HDR 4K tv. I have no way to check the DPX file so I'm having to render out and export everything. If building a new PC with a graphics card that can handle the 4K HDR output would simplify my workflow so much it would be worth spending the money. Right now my Mac can't do HDR10. My other issue is that in Premiere the sequence settings are confusing me if they have HDR enabled or not. The closest thing I could figure out is either ProRes 444 or DNxHR but it seems my color is still limited to 1K nits in my scopes.

My other option is to finally pull the trigger and get an upgraded version of Resolve to do all the HDR grading and editing in there. If the consensus is it's a better platform for HDR then that would be a solution. The programs are really simple so I could even do all the editing in Resolve. I'm just trying to figure out where I need to invest time and $ to make the workflow smoother and the highest quality possible. Thanks.
