411 to 422

hey i use premiere and just upgraded to cs3 and a rtx2 for effects

im looking for a solution to get 422 anaolog capture from dvx i can only record from fire wire is there a deck so i can capture using analog into 422?

No, because the DVX doesn't sample at 4:2:2 internally like HDV cameras so there's really nothing there to capture.

i see im ok with dvc pro capture its seems to be smoothes workflow but im looking at i-frame futer i guesse its supposed to be 422 recomended for greenscreen and graphics! but i guesse its ok !!! i just have so many choices with cs3 now my head will explode!! im not even working in uncompressed but i frame gives a lage data option over 90 mbs i think thats large enough ! i guesse eh what evs!!
what do you use for your dvx?
