4.5" 114mm filter?

This is probably a really simple question but I bought a used 4.5" close-up filter which is 114mm several years ago. It has no thread on both sides. How do I use it with a 4x5.65" matte box? I have the Tilta MB-T04.

Just an aside, looking at this matte box (and I can’t say for certain) it looks VERY similar to the one made by JTZ. The JTZ filter holders are a lot cheaper if that’s the case.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that it's a round filter like this one https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/prod...iopter1_ar_138mm_brilliant_close_up_lens.html but made by Tiffen. No the 4x5.65" filters.

It might be worth dropping an email to JTZ (Fotga) to see if they have anything available? That matte box has been rebranded by Shape as well by the look of it.
