3rds Guides?

Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way to set guides to 1/3 and 2/3? Is there a guide I can click on somewhere deep in the menus?
 
why is the question?

like view => grid, or guides.

you can use guides and calculate the distance between them. then lock guides.

or

grid preferences 33.3 percent.

preferences => grid, guides,.....
33.3 percent, and lower the subdivision to your liking

Edit > Preferences > Grid Guides, Lines, etc...

there you set the following

Grid = 33.3
measure value = percent
subdivisions = 1

Then you hit Ctrl + ' and it toggles them on and off
