Hi I shot and directed this commercial wich is still in process. It is shot with a sony cam but I would love some feedback. I have been following this webpage for quiet awhile and I would like to say that this is by now the far best dv filmmaking web I have ever found. (I know it´s ment for DVX 100 but maybe one day i´ll shoot on one ) ;)

Here is my commercial:

I'm going to have to move this over to the Cafe until the power (Jarred) makes this an all format/camera thread. Yes, this forum is the great little DV Filmmakers community; welcome and hang around!

Now, after viewing your commercial; not to bad; interesting concept and use of coloring. I like the overall 'playfullness' of the piece but feel it could be quicker in pace and somewhat tighter. The end titles could have some more weight and perhaps a 'hipper' font selection?

IMHO

Again, welcome!

Re: 3d is cool!

i thought it was fun/funny. i would love if this commercial if it popped on my tv. not quite sure what its selling... regardless.. the little tune, the geeky guy and the rocking out make it a great commercial in my book. love the coloring too.

in my opinon, i feel the font adds to the quirkiness of the piece, i like it just the way it is.

It was good. I would agree with Hudson on the font. What is it selling? Was a fun piece
