3D Invigorator & Illustrator

Hi everyone.

I keep trying to import a CS2 illustrator file into AE 3d Invigorator. It tells me no matter what way I save the file that it has no vector information to import.

All the text in my file is tranlated into outlines. Other than that there are only a couple color boxes.

Any ideas? Is there are certain way to prep your illustrator files for invigorator?
Also - in building 3d text in invigorator it is in color in the invigorator window, but in black and white in the AE comp window... what am I doing wrong?
