I was watching this program on Court TV called Forensic Files and noticed a really cool effect that I was hoping to replicate. They basically took a frame of film and animated it so that certain objects moved around. Any idea how this was done? Know any tutorials that would help me out? Any help is MUCH appreciated! Thanks
