Does anyone have one of these?

I just purchased a Sony DXF-801 viewfinder on eBay and am considering sending it to this guy to have it modified. Has anyone used them before?

It seems like a great alternative to using an LCD because brightness isn't an issue and the 1.5" B&W CRT has 600 lines of resolution.
