Now I need to put a viable production package in one month to receive the grant.
I have a winning script and nothing else. (I intend to direct it myself, so I guess I have the director)
The production package should include:
Are there professionals out there I can hire to put together this? and what are they called? Line Producers? Producers? (I am not in this field - I am a photographer and IT consultant)
oh man. I am so excited.. and nervous...!
where do I start?! suggestions/ tips/ advice welcome!

The production package should include:
- A production schedule that includes pre-production, production and post-production, including target completion dates and projected number of shooting days.
- An itemized budget. All expense categories must have budget figures assigned to them, as if you were paying for them, even categories completely covered by the Spotlight Award. Attached to the budget should be a narrative explanation of how the filmmaker will cover costs not included in the Spotlight Award, including expected cash out-of-pocket. You can download an IFP/Seattle-approved budget template from our web site.
- A marketing plan detailing how the finished film shall be marketed to film festivals and other short film outlets.
