35mm Rig Setup question

So I'm in need of upgrading my rig setup for my HMC150 + Adapter. Ive been using Indierails and although I love it and glad I had it, its not cutting it anymore. My rig is getting heavier and more things are being added (batteries, and monitor, ect.). I just shot a short film and the setup was uncomfortable and heavy to hold steady.

So I was wondering if anyone could help me piece together a new rig, or at least start. I'm still on a tight budget however, about 500-800$.

varizoom makes some waist support. it would def. help in taking the weight off your arms.

if my only problem was weight that would be great but I just need a more professional rig overall, need more space to mount items.

The letus company has some nice rods / baseplate packages...I don't what you're really looking for. I have a Zacuto set up which i love but that might be out of your price point...even used...if you're looking for rods should pads and such Redrock makes some decent inexpensive ones and so does Cavision I think....
