i know i'm way off topic but...i was just wondering if there was a decent 35mm adapter under $500:laugh: than would go with either the canon XH-A1 or the Panasonic HVX200. remember under $500.... Thaks
i don't know what you want to hear. it's the truth. there are no viable 35mm adapters that cost under $500. unless you want to make one out of a Pepsi can.
not the sort of thing you could rely on during a feature film shoot. if you want to save money. don't buy the HVX or XH-A1, don't buy an adapter.... RENT THEM!!!
the letus is cheaper than 500, but i dont know how the results would be. i have only seen dvx stuff with it so dont know if it can handle the HD. if you have time save up for one of the 1000 adapters. i recommend owning your own.
