I have no experience with 35mm adapters and lenses yet, but I'm curious to know some info before I buy/make one...
It's been said over and over that SLR lenses will not produce the same DOF as actual Film lenses. So then what is the DOF range for the different SLR lenses (when used with a 35mm adapter on the DVX), and how do they compare with a film lens?
For example: What DOF range (in inches/feet) will I get with a 50mm f1.4 lens wide open at x distance away? And how much more range is added by stopping lower?
