35mm adaptor question about focus

hello .... im new on this ..so i have some question about the 35mm adaptor... when i put the adaptor to my camera and then a canon lens .. how do i focus? is manual? or trought the camera? how i set up the aperture? if im usin a 70-200 2.8 lens ?

You focus the manual camera lens, just as if it was still on the front of a Canon SLR camera. That goes for the aperture aswell.
