35mm adapter test with the A1

Hi Gang,

Check this out:

I used a 10+ macro attached to the Canon A1 then at about 5cm from the macro I had a 7+ macro and then about 5cm from the 7+ macro I had a nikon lens.

On the second shot I twisted the 7+ macro a bit to try to get a kind "tilt and shift" effect going on. On the last shot you can see a lot of dust.

Anyway, let me know what you guys think. I'm far far far far away from having any knowledge on how to build a 35mm adapter. This was just a little test.

You're going to laugh when I say what I'm about to say. I had the 10+ macro attached to the A1, but I was holding the 7+ macro with my hands while I shot, and the nikon lens was standing still over some books. So the only thing that was actually connected to the A1 was the 10+ macro. I kept moving the 7+ between the 10+ and the nikon lens to see what different effects it would produce. The closer I got to the 10+ macro the more barrel distortion it would display. The "best" results were when the 7+ macro was more or less in the middle (5cm from the 10+ and 5cm from the nikon lens).

It's like I said, this not really an adapter per se...just some tests from a 35mm adapter enthusiast.
