Is there any chance to use a 35mm adapter as a telelense? What would a 200mm lense do on a 35mm adapter? is the DOF extremely short? Much to short?

It really depends a lot on the f-stop you will be using. If you get a 200mm on your 35mm adaptor with an f1.8(that i doubt you could find a lens like this) DOF would be close to nothing. That's why almost all zoom lenses start at f3.5 or f4 then your DOF would be not that critical. My recomendation is if you have enough light then just handle DOF by steping down or up on the 35mm lens and using ND filters if you need any. Good luck
I assume you aren't looking for low DOF esoecially as much as using it for A VERY LONG LENS. Yes this is possible but remeber that the aprox ratio of a 35mm lens to HVX lens for equiv field of view is around 1/6.5, So a 200 mm lens is very roughly 31mm on the HVX which you don't need a separate lens for. You need a long lens to moutreach the HVX but you can do it. The DOF of course will be very short band you won't find fast lenses as mentioned above.
It will be easier in the long run to just use a teleconverter. You could use a dof adapter but you would need at least a 400mm lens to improve 15% over the stock lens. I assume you're shooting far away so dof is not a huge issue for long lenses unless you get within 50 feet of the lens. You could use a 500mm lens with a 2x teleconverter and get 3x the stock zoom but vignetting could be an issue. Good Luck with it
