30p to 25p

My problem is that I have a 45 minute project in premiere cs5 with two different source material, some in 30p and some in 25p. I want everything to be 25p. So how do I do? Get some great conversion tool or something else?

The project is also going in to AE for some color grading and effects work.

I know Andrew Kramer has a very nice conversion tool to make this, the thing is that I think it is to slow and don´t work 100% accurately all the time.

In CS5 you should be able to simply drop that 30p footage into a 25p timeline (I believe I read that somewhere).
Just try it!
 
The conversion will likely be fairly poor, just as if you try to convert 30p to 24p. There just isn't enough difference in frame rates to create a good interpolation. It's just math.

(Plus, Premiere has never been stellar at that sort of thing. After Effects or other 3rd-party software are better.)
