30p Aliasing Problem (I think)

So whenever I shoot 30p on my DVX, the footage contains heavy aliasing (I think) when viewed in final cut. However, the aliasing disappears when viewed in quicktime player after being exported using compressor from final cut. However, once I put that file on the web, the aliasing is back!

Any idea what might be causing this or how I could fix the problem?

Can you post an example. Also are you looking at footage at higher quality or better performance?

I just found that the problem seems to be in the youtube uploader.

The one on vimeo turned out fine while youtube continues to, how do I say, suck.
