30p 480i in Pro 2.0 settings help?!

What settings do I use in Premiere pro 2.0 for my project and to capture what I shot with my HVX-200 at 30p 480i with tape.

I am currently trying to capture the footage I shot and it is coming out kind of stuttery. It's wierd, I'm watching my HVX's lcd and the footage looks fine, but then I look at my Premiere screen and it stutters.... Please help...

For some reason, after it's captured it plays back fine. That's what I get for panicking! boy is my face red.

However, it is kind of annoying to have the capture stutter like that, is there something that can get rid of that?

sounds like you could use a fster machine. I would assume your machine is fast enough though, but generally thats the cause for any stutter on playback.
