Okay, as I've mentioned before, I moved over to Vegas recently from Premiere and I'm having problems with some basic functions.
PICTURE CROPPING
When I put pictures on my 16x9 HD timeline, no matter what I do in the 'cropping' tool, the picture still leaves a little sliver of black on the right and left sides. I can zoom in as far as it will go, but it's like it has these built in borders that make it impossible for the picture to take up the entire frame. Any ideas?
MULTI-TRACK MOVEMENT
One of the more difficult problems I've run into with Vegas is going back in the project and inserting new footage. I have to move 10 or so tracks forward in time, and I can't figure out a way to do it without individually control-clicking all of said tracks until they're all selected, then manually pushing them over. To complicate things, all of my "rubber band" markers for audio levels and video opacity jump all over the place. I have no idea how to control them. I know in Premiere I used "the double arrow" tool, and that pushed all the tracks forward for me. Is there a tool like this in Vegas?
SEPERATING AUDIO AND VIDEO
I know how to choose "just video" or "just audio" when inserting a track from the trimmer. But once I get it on the timeline and I want to seperate the audio track from its corresponding video, how do I do that? I know in Premiere you just right click the track and choose something like, "seperate audio and video". Is there a similar way to do this in Vegas?
Thanks,
Chris
