Anyone can recommend good source of quality knobs (the ones that allow tilt of lights) with 3/8 tread and with 6mm tread?

McMaster is great. When repairing or rebuilding an HMI it is the only place I can find high voltage wire.

Fiber washers. I have purchased tons of them for many of our lights after people loose them. There are many different sizes so your best bet is to get a caliper and measure one that you have or measure the bolt.
