2kw Arri / Strand?

Hi,
anyone know where I might source used 2kw arri (nice lightweight) or strand light/s, as long as good working condition I don't care what they look like... rust, scratches, dirt... as long as the back casing is not warped and has safety screen.
Or please advise if you know any cheap new alternatives to these type..
Also, anyone know if there's a problem using these blondes in different countries re 120/240 volts and the hertz 50/60 differences? Do you just put the right bulb in for the country and change the plug? How would using the 240v 50hertz affect camera recording with NTSC camera running 60hertz?:huh:

you can find Strands on ebay cheap, but beware! Some strand 2k's that you find are theatrical fixtures , this means A: they have bates connectors (easily swapped for Edison) and B: they are not designed to take scrims (you can usually squeeze 1 scrim in. and C: you have to mail orded the unusual globes ( ansi code BVW- $36 at Visions in Color North Hollywood) slightly hard to find. and D: you'll have to swap the pipe clamp for a baby pin (about ten bucks at any grip supplier.
Excellent lights however.
