25p to 23.97p

Just finished a 2-camera shoot with many takes. The 2nd camera accidentally shot in 25p (camera 1 is in 23.97).
In FCP7, I'm not able to create a multi-cam with the two different frame rates. Does anyone know the best/easiest way to convert from 25p to 23.97?

1st camera was Canon C300.
2nd camera was Nikon D800.
I'm transcoding everything to prores.

As I mentioned there are many clips, so bringing the 25p clips onto the timeline and exporting each one individually would be very time-consuming.
Plus, "export for quicktime conversion" didn't even give me 23.97 as an option, only 24p. And I'm fairly certain Compressor doesn't allow you to change frame rates, only codecs.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks in advance.

OK, I found out how, in compressor, to convert from 25p to 24p.
But then I need to get it to 23.98, and Cinema Tools seems the only way to do that.

But I assume that the difference between 24p to 23.98p might throw the a multiclip out of sync in longer clips?
