25p Footage Interlace Flicker in reds?

Captured my footage from dvx100 shot in 25p Pal Version withe Premiere Pro 2.0. Wondered because I can find 24p at general settings but there is no 25p. So I go wth DV PAL.
I heard that DV material often has problems with reds. But in my grabs it looks like interleced flicker. Does anyone know if this is normal for DVX? Or did I oversee any setting in my project? On my camera LCD the picture is looking fine.

these are not interlace artifacts, just dv25 color compression artifacts...

More specifically, the horizontal color artifacts of 4:2:0 DV.

Is there any chance to get rif of them in post? It looks like the problem only exists on red colours, especially in this scene (combined with the blue colour of the shirt)

next time work on the matrix (in camera), you can't fix it in post
