25/24 VFR oops! How do I fix this?

Did a four-camera shoot on Monday with all cameras in 24fps, and only after striking the set did I realize one of the AC160's was in VFR mode, recording 25FPS instead of 24. How do I convert this footage to true 24fps so everything will sync up?

I'm using FCPX and would like to create a multicam clip together with the other cameras.

That shouldn't be a problem, but if you want, just export it out of FCPX as ProRes at 24fps. Re-import it. Done.

The problem is that you'l never get it 'perfect'. It will either be fractions of a frame out of sync all the time, or you will have blurred (blended) frames caused by taking 25 frames and squeezing them in to 24. It's not a perfect fit.

So, hopefully this wasn't you main camera and you may have to be very selective on the sections you edit in.

OTOH, it could all look perfect, so do what Ben suggested as a first pass and let us know how it works out.
