24pa to 29.97?

Ok, I shot 24PA captured it into FCP5 using DV-NTSC 24p (23.98) advanced pulldown preset. I then edited it some in a 23.98 timeline in fcp kicked parts out and brought them into after effects 6.5. I did some more editing in AF in a 23.976 timeline and then was finished.

My question is what would be the best way to get a 29.97 render?

Is there a way to properly do it from my AF 23.976 comp?

Or from my final 23.98 quicktime render after AE?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
In render settings change frame rate to 29.97 select your field order then select 3:2 pulldown try one of the settings (I always use WWSSW I don't know why) and render.
