Is it possible to take a 24pa video (with 2:3:3:2 pulldown) and convert it into a 24p video (with 2:3 pulldown), without going through a generation of quality loss? I'm editing in Premiere, but as far as I know it only knows how to output 2:3:3:2, and I prefer the motion signature of 2:3. If I was just going to DVD, I could make a 23.976fps disc, but I need to go out to miniDV and then BetaSP.
