Hi there,
I have gone through the proper steps to capture 24pA advanced footage, however I end up with a mix between 23.98 clips and 29.97 clips! I think this is due to breaks that occur from when I would stop recording, causing some misreading to occur mid capture. Does that make sense? Could anyone think of another explanation? I do know for sure that I captured all the footage at 24pA but yet I end up with a mix between 23.98 and 29.97 after capture. I am sick of this mix up and I cannot edit the film on a timeline with two different frame rates. What should I do? Would a messed up image occur if I pay no attention to the advanced pulldown removal and treat it all like 29.97?
Hope you can help, this makes me nauseous.
-Take care,
Phil
