24PA - Prem2 into AE7

I have captured and edited 24PA footage in prem2 on a 23.976 timeline. When i import my timeline sequence into AE7. All my video avi. files in AE are listed as 29.97! However, in prem they are listed as 23.976.

I tried interpreting the footage in AE... but, it causes interlacing frames in my footage on a 24P composition. It also shuffles the video timeing and screws up all my edits.

Any ideas?
