24pa dvd question

Ok, I shot and edited everything in a 24p timeline (shot in 24pa, removed pulldown, edited in 23.976 timeline, export with same 24p settings). So, my question is to make a 24p dvd, should everything on the dvd be 24p? Obviously my main video track is 24p, but what about other video on the dvd? For example, my background is basically a video file and I have the buttons on top of that, also, I have a picture slideshow, does that need to have the same 24p settings? Does that background video need to be 24p as well or does it matter?

The DVD-V specifications allows for both 15 and 12 frame GOPs but each must be in its own VTS. Just build each VTS and connect with appropriate PGCs, I do this all the time with Scenarist, no problems at all.

I'm not sure what all that means. PGCs, Scenarist? I have actually formatted all the dvd menus and transitions as 24p so that isnt a problem, but I'm going to have to figure out what to do about this photo slideshow because I usually just export out of iPhoto for a quick job. I guess I could drop that in a 24p timeline and export it, I wouldn't think it would affect much since its just pictures anyway.
