24p with Vegas

I am just curious, when you take a 24p timeline and edit something such as text (no 24p video) and then compile it as a 24p avi in 2:3:3:2 pulldown, when you right click on the avi file and go to file properties, should it say 24fps or 29fps, because I keep getting 29fps no matter what I do.

Help is greatly appreciated!
