24P vs. 24PA

I understand the fundametal differences on a theoretical level, but what are the real practical and visual differences?

I am new to shooting with this camera, and I want to get the progressive 24 FPS look as close to film as possible.  
The production is a TV show that will never be printed to film, and I am cutting with FCP 4.5 HD...

should I be shooting 24P or 24PA??

thanks - that is a great link _ i actually found it a few hours ago.
I guess the 24p vs 24pa debate comes up afew times per week onthis forum from us newbs  :P
