24p squeeze... vegas, fcp or premiere?

I have every editing program at my disposal and know absolutely nothing about them, or dv editing at all (I realize this is going to be a long, uphill battle) but given that I am shooting in 24p in squeeze mode, what will be the easiest or best quality edit program to learn on (and the possibility of printing to film down the road does exist... Any advice appreciated!
 
It is not because I'm a Vegas user that I say that Vegas has simply, hands-down, the best 24p integration of any NLE.

Ditto to what HorseFilms said ... it took my breath away. I still feel all light headed & woozy from hearing it put so well. :-)
