I've searched and searched but can't find the answer to this (I swear it's been covered)...
If I'm slowing a 60i clip to 40% in a 24P timeline, should I worry about "resample" settings? Any other setting I should worry about? I want the cleanest rendering.
Set the resample rate to force if it's a 24P project. Vegas resamples whenever you've altered the framerate of the vid, like when you're using slow motion or velocity filtering, but this takes place automatically at 24fps or higher.
