24p rendering to internet question

Hey, i Just searched all of the posts under render and i can't find a simple answer, maybe one doesn't exist yet, but I'm trying to upload a small amount of footage that I recorded on my new DVX100a that is in 24p and I got it edited and everything is in 24p the timeline and all, but i'm trying to get good settings to show off the quality of the camera but i can't find the proper settings, I don't care if it's on vimeo or youtube I would just like some help in using the proper settings for 24p to the internet. Thanx a bunch.
 
I'm using:

WMV
854x480
Square Pixel
2.5 mbps
23.98 fps

Works well for upload to Vimeo. H.264 at these settings would be comparable.
 
But what about the mode? I'm trying the settings you just suggested with Bit-rate mode at 2.5bps with a peak of 5 and normal 20
