I recently had my PC desktop wiped and a new fresh CS4 Suite installed on it. I captured footage using Premiere (24p) and it looked great while capturing and plays great in windows media player.
In both the preview & timeline of premiere the footage looks jittery and isn't playing all of the frames. I checked all of my settings and everything looks to be fine. I exported some footage in the timeline and it looks like it does while playing in the timeline.
Can someone help me out? I hope it is just a setting/preference I can change. Thanks!!
