24p images not fluid on PP2.0

I recently dumped a project filmed 24P into pp2.0 (actually 25p - i use pal- i live in europe)
The images on the working screen were not fluid, they had a certain amount of "laginess" or "chopped movement" It only happens with images in 24P, no problem with other scene settings (have not used f6)
I cant real edit properly!
Has this happened to anyone?
Thanxs

If you've got a PAL camera and you're shooting 25p PAL, those settings should be correct.

Just make sure you don't use a 24p preset, 24p is a totally different game. It has to be distributed across 60 fields in NTSC, which gets complicated. You're just shooting straight up full frames at your TV standard's normal frame rate, so it shouldn't be having any trouble.

Oh, another thing to try: switch your preview file format to Microsoft DV, and make sure your timeline is preview rendered before you judge motion quality.
