24P footage juddering on fast pan- any way to improve?

I shot a scene that involved panning around a group of people doing an activity. Following the motion required a slightly faster pan than 24fps can handle, so it judders a bit. Any software or filters that can add frames in between and help this footage out? (I used an FS700 and would have shot this in slomo for the extra frames, but did not due to inadequate lighting for that. )

Tessive Time Filters say they can, but that's a camera attachment. You can check out the footage on their site; I never found it all THAT convincing.

Maybe you can try Twixtor or something, but it's pretty much baked into the cake once you've shot. Keep in mind -- if you could "add frames" to make the pan smoother, you will lose the cinematic cadence and the footage will look more like "live" video. (Check out "true motion" TVs.)
