24p fonts OVER 24p footage

Is there a way to create 24p moving fonts that you can lay over 24p video? That way they both match in frame rate? What's the most effective way? Thanks!
 
Make a 23.98 composite to work with. Animate your text in your text filter.
Any effects will be done at the frame rate of your composite.
 
Explain that more if you could... Because i know how to do 24p frame rates with 60i footage. but i don't know how to do that with text. And specifically I want to make 24p fonts on top of footaga that's already 24p without ruining my shots. You probably already know this, but I guess I just don't quite understand. Thanks for all your help so far.
 
are u talking about creating text in AE then exporting it to your nle to put over your vid, right? When you go into AE and you make a new comp for your text that you will be doing in the composition settings just key in the frame rate of 23.976 so when you render out you can just drop it in your nle, hoped this help some.
