24P Field Issues when reimporting

Alrighty, here's the issue.

Whenever I import 24pA footage, everything works and comes out perfectly. After I edited and finish my project, I export the completed film back on MiniDv. Once again, everything works perfectly. The problem I'm having lies in when I decide to reimport that finished film from tape back onto my computer. When I import the film, there seems to be a frame issue. Every 3 or 4 frames, you see something along the lines of this:

Frameissue.tif
Frameissue.jpg

As you can see, on the character on the right side of the frame, there is a field issue along the side of his frame. A moment of interlacing or just a messed up field even. Has anyone ever experienced such an issue with reimporting 24pA footage after it was exported on to tape?

When I import the footage into a 24pA project, I get this issue HOWEVER when I import the footage without pulldown (IE. into a 60i project) this issue isn't present. How odd...

Editing Program: Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0.

Camera: DVX100A in 24pA mode.

UPDATE: Although I'm still sightly unsure of what the issue is, it seems to have to do with the pulldown. As if the flags were rearranged upon export and reimporting and Premiere didn't know how to do the pulldown correctly. I was able to fix the problem by importing via. Premiere and bringing it in After Effects. In AE, it automatically did the pulldown but the field issue was still there, so I clicked "guess 24pA pulldown" and it re-interpreted the pulldown sequence, and boom, problem fixed. I remember exporting a completed film from tape earlier this year and this issue wasn't present. If anyone has any knowledge on this, that would be great but it seems to be a pulldown issue...

First of all, lets make this clear. Your not shooting "Film". That's a whole different animal.
So you shot on DV Tape. Okay. Why are you exporting back to a dv tape?

As for the lines on the out-skirts your subjects, well that's a interlace problem. I'm not sure how why you are working in a 60i timeline formate!? Also, Premiere 2.0 from way when I used it, they should have presets for the DVX100a and b. Also, you should be editing in a 24PN timeline. not 60i.

But yes, I had that happen to me (the lines on the edges), and the problem for me was that It was an interlace problem.
