with or without frame blending
at real time or interpreted to a new framerate.
if your timeline is 24p then the 60p clips will either play in real time and drop frames to play at 24p or you can interpret it to 24p and it will be slow motion.
if your timeline is 60p then the 24p footage will just repeat frames like adding pulldown (or frame blend and create new mooshy frames echhh!) and the 60p footage will play at normal 60p framerate.
